Designer and developer from Groningen. I'm only satisfied when something looks sharp and works properly down to the smallest detail. Curious, stubborn in the right way, and always working on the next step.

Timeline

How I got here.

2013
My first client
As a graphic design student at Deltion College I started freelancing with logos and brand identities. That same year I built my first website, and I was hooked.
2015
Graduated as a graphic designer
After Deltion in Zwolle I joined Mooore Digital. There I learned the tricks of the trade, and how important it is to work together and really listen to clients.
2016
Communication & Multimedia Design at Hanze
I started Communication & Multimedia Design in Groningen, specialising in Interactive Media & Technologies. This is where design and technology truly came together for the first time.
2017
The start-up adventure
During my studies at Hanze University, fellow students and I started Festimap, a search platform for music events. Late nights building, pitching at trade fairs and all the way to Web Summit in Lisbon. It taught me perseverance and thinking ahead.
2019
Graduation project at Envitron
My graduation project became an interactive energy-saving app that raises energy awareness. A first tangible contribution to sustainability through design.
2020
Graduated in CMD
After graduating I stayed at Envitron and designed a dashboard for energy monitoring. A period in which my UX and interface work really matured.
2021
Independent & The Haus
With a growing network of clients I went independent. Together with like-minded people I started The Haus: a shared space where creative professionals strengthen each other.
Now
Interaction designer & developer
Today I design and build high-end websites, web apps and portals. More and more often with animation and 3D from Blender, as with Drumdock. Sharp, fast and thought through to the last detail.
